Aliʻi Builders was proud to bring those standards to Hawaiʻi with the renovation of SIXT’s 25,000-square-foot Kailua-Kona facility.
The comprehensive renovation transformed the property into a modern, highly polished rental and vehicle service destination. The scope included new HVAC systems, audio-visual infrastructure, electrical and plumbing systems, architectural lighting, flooring, wall finishes, doors, fixtures, and branded signage throughout the lobby, offices, breakroom, restrooms, storage and support areas. The project also encompassed the vehicle maintenance and detailing areas, car wash facilities, and exterior parking lots.
Commercial construction presents a unique level of complexity, requiring close coordination between design, engineering, building systems, accessibility requirements, life-safety standards, and day-to-day operations.
